Mickelson's irons game has been fabulous today. Four birdies on second shots within 3,6,8, and 9 feet of the hole. Six-under now.
And as I type this, his tee shot on the par-3 13th goes haywire.
Taking a look at Baseball Reference leaders, he's in the top ten in no less than 25 categories. I left out the strikeouts (he's 4th in that). He's leading in several of the important offensive stats.

If Trumbo could be more selective and let some of those bad pitches go by, his batting average would improve. I think he likes to let it go and hit bombs, however.
The high fastball is his weakness.
