Kenny Rosenberg. Hell, even Dana.  I don't think it really matters who replaces them, tbh. If you trade all of them, you're clearly rebuilding, so you just need warm bodies to finish out this season.

not sure why Wash is using Matt Moore with a 6-run lead, especially considering that he threw 34 pitches on Wednesday.
it wouldn't hurt to give the guy another day after that taxing of a workload.
and it also may affect his availability the rest of the series.

If Anderson and Ward keep this up by the deadline they have to be traded . We are not going anywhere for the next 5 years so we gotta maximize the return on those 2

The young players who were rushed to the big leagues are not as significant in quantity or quality as the young players other truly rebuilding teams have. There's also no wave of young players coming after the guys who are in the big leagues now.
If the Angels are rebuilding, they are not doing it properly or sufficiently well enough for reasonable belief in the "long game".

I agree. But.
The "but:" I'd like to see some sign that the Angels--well, Arte--are not only also embracing the stink, but willing to re-evaluate their/his approach and start doing the things that not doing got them into this mess. Namely, player development (and scouting).
So while I agree that it is advisable--if only for one's mental health--to burn through the stages of grief as quickly as possible, I don't think it is unreasonable to be frustrated until that point that it becomes clear that the Angels (and Arte) has taken a long hard look in the mirror, and recognized that a different approach is called for.

Look I know the season sucks right now. And I'm not sure if there's a light at the end of the tunnel. At least as long as Arte is the owner. But whatever.
I had an interesting interaction a few days ago of which I am trying not to read into. However seems a late trend in sports lately is to follow the winning team, or the popular team at the moment. Feels as if allegiances to your favorite team is gone. And those of us who do, are mocked for sticking to our team during it's lowest times. So a few days I ago I was wearing one of my many Angels caps. I'm at the store, waiting in line. Some dude turns to me, and gives me some strange dirty look and starts shaking his head. He then asked "why do you even like that team, they suck." I then just told him I've always loved the Angels and will be a fan for life. I then asked him who his team was, and he told me he is a life long Rangers fan. Convienent huh? I then asked him what his favorite Rangers memory, and he went on about the world series last year. Alright, that's fair. So I then went on to ask him who his favorite player was, and he mentioned Garcia. I then went on to ask if how he felt about Ron Washington being back in the ALW. He didn't know who that was, and I explained he was the Halos Skipper. This is where it got interesting. He went on to say "oh the angels manager? yeah he sucks man probably one of the worst managers out there". Interesting how a Rangers "fan" doesn't know who Wash is. I then wanted to be sure so I started asking him if he remembered Adrian Beltre, and he had no idea who he was.
I just find it interesting how people have become bandwagon fans rather than sticking to their team during low points. It's bad for the sport all around. And makes me sick. As a 30 year old millenial I understand this could very well be a generational thing as well. This seems more common with my generation, and extremely common with Gen Z.

Yep, he is a coward.
On one hand, I can’t blame him for doing whatever it takes to get a dream job (MLB GM).
But in doing so, he is a coward who’ll acquiesce to Arte rather than having some dignity.

A hot dog vendor could close better. The one near the Halos Bullpen has one hell of an arm. He's been know to throw frankfurters towards Estevez in the high 80s with incredible movement.

The thing about the 80’s and 90’s was that there wasn’t an expectation of winning and so the losing wasn’t as big of a disappointment. 
 
The last 15 years have been singularly the worst because they spent enough to win, there was an expectation of winning and they simultaneously had two of the greatest players ever in the lineup and they still lost. Every time it has been a disappointment and now we’re left with a fan base that expects the worst.
Two tragic unexpected deaths. Uniforms 20 years outdated? Stick with it. Need a new stadium? Nope. Relocate? No. Need to rebuild the farm? Never.
