How did you like PV?  It’s one of the few major touristy Mexican cities I’ve not been to.  Doing the 7 day cruise to Mex on July.  Didn’t want to hassle with flights and bullshit.

I think it’s more about presenting the possibilities.  If you park out in wide open spaces on a less-than-crowded night, you get visibility.  Am I calling a carpet cleaner or plumber because of it? No.  Another stupid thing from big business.
