I thought the advantage has always been to the pitcher? It seems to be the other way around with this organization when it comes to relief pitching. Their un-willingness to convert starters to relievers has also cost many pitchers their careers. Meyer, Shoemaker, JC come to mind. These dudes should have been groomed for/ and or stayed relievers.
