Please, if Trout chooses to stay with the Angels for his career, he is destined to become the Angels' Ted Williams.

I like Escobar but he has lowered his trade value like in the past week or two with his slump at the plate. But he could still fetch the Angels a decent return because of his solid track record. Ramirez has shown a lot of flashes of being good but still needs to lower his ERA. Still not going to get that much for Ramirez if the Angels decide to trade him. Norris would make a nice #4 or #5 starter or a decent reliever but no team would be willing to give much in return for him.

I'll be more specific. "Bad" season in 2015 when it came to hitting. A .256/.308/.422 slash line in '15 ain't horrible but considering that Calhoun was pretty good the year before, .272/.325/.450 slash line, then it was a disappointing that his slash line dropped by a decent amount.

Because MS is living in the past. He thinks that just because Pujols is still playing that he is the same player that he was during his great years as a Cardinal.

Well, Trout got zero good pitches to hit in today's game. Pujols is giving Trout some great protection in the lineup. Not!

Yeah, you're right. Santana has had a whole bunch of good years and a whole bunch of bad years. Maybe he didn't cheat during those bad years. But the guy who I know that is the most inconsistent player is Josh Beckett. Check out his numbers year by year.
