    This Angels team has the tendency to toy with the FO and fans. Just when you think they are dead in the water and done for the season, they somehow put together a stretch in which they win like 3 out of 4 games to get back into the WC hunt.

    Simmons has played like an All Star this season. There's plenty of players from the past that I know of that people consider stars even though their OPS is lower than Simmons after this game.

    Knowing this Angels team, they will be like 1 or 2 games under .500 by next week to give the front office a lot to think about at the trading deadline. When you think they are fading, they somehow win like two in a row.

    No, I am saying that he is horrible when you look at the numbers. And on top of that, since he doesn't play well, people will always see him being picked ahead of Trout as a joke. If you are not producing and the players that were drafted behind you becomes stars, people will bring that up.
