    I think I'll just pull the trigger on Wednesday in hopes they come down a bit. There's still over 5100 seats available which is only 100 less than the peak of a few days ago.

    Hey guys, I'm still looking for five seats for opening day in Texas. There are plenty of seats available on Stuhub, I'm just curious how much lower do you think the prices will go down between now and Friday. To me the prices still seem high (about $125 for upper deck).

    With the way Mike likes to keep his catchers fresh I think Hank, if healthy, will get 50-60 starts. Just have to hope he hits enough to make up for his defensive opportunities.

    Mark Lowe to me is basically Jordan Walden, so in my mind Hanson cost us nothing.

    My oldest is 19, my youngest, Jake, turned 14 today. There's not a day that goes by that he doesn't make me laugh.

    I haven't noticed that to be the case. The only thing that seems to slow it down is my sons gaming.

    Oh and I agree with Geoff's sentiment about sharing that with the family. When we would drive around OC my boys would always look for the lit halo, even if it wasn't baseball season.

    I should know this, but have they lit the halo after a win since 1966?

    I don't think the team was dishonest with Torii, I just think they had money allocated for Greinke and once that wasn't going to happen, Torii was already gone and they decided to go after the best offensive free agent.

    If I was sure that Wells was not going to be the starter this year, and he was just going to get spot starts or be insurance in case some one was injured then I would have been happy to keep him on the team. Since that would never be a guarantee with Scioscia, then I am glad he has been traded.
