Assuming the victim is 17 now, and if this all happened 12 years ago.... well, you can do the math on how old the victim was at the time.

Well, in this case, he fondled the breasts and vaginas of five little girls, the youngest of which was at most 9 years old (though likely younger, unfortunately). So, you can argue it's a "misdemeanor" or "mistake" all you'd like, it doesn't make it so.
