Tom P. reacted to Docwaukee in Butcher and Baylor fired
Butcher had a good story about when he was in little league. He didn't want to pitch because he was afraid to hit someone so he told his dad. His dad told him not to worry about it and that if he hits someone he should hit the next one too. So he goes out there and sure enough, he hits the first batter he faces. Second kid steps in the box and Mike hits him too. So the kid on deck starts to cry.

And while Oregon has your kids, they might give them a sex change too.

Tom P. reacted to Docwaukee in Hamilton's Texas Press Conference
let's look at this another way.
let's say that Arte didn't do his due diligence and signed Hamilton without any sort of protection. Or at least what he thought was protection.
Do we really think they would have taken the line that they did?
The Commish was going to finish Josh's career as an Angel. That is the line the halos took. That was the expectation they had. Why? Because it had already been discussed.
So here is the real conversation:
Arte: 'What happens if Josh violates the JDA again'
Commish: 'He will be suspended for the rest of his contract.'
Arte: 'Ok thanks. Hey Jerry, get the deal done, we are covered'
Brandon said it best. How can doing drugs not be a violation of the the JDA?
Arte got screwed from all sides. Yet instead of letting someone back on his team, and it is his team, that violated his trust without a modicum of remorse, he ate almost 70 million dollars.
I am sorry, but that's big dick baller billionaire shit right there.

That sentence makes perfect sense if you read it in Christopher Walken's voice.

Tom P. reacted to jshep in Greinke: Fractured collar bone
I didn't realize being an Angels fan meant I wasn't allowed to think that Carlos Quentin was being a tool here.
Or you know, Quentin could stop crowding the plate and sticking his elbow out there, which is what has led to him being HBP so much over the years. That's going to lead to being HBP more.
This and this.
Right, that full count pitch with 1 out in the 6th inning of a 1 run game that hit him on the shoulder definitely was on purpose
But there really isn't anything to indicate a history between them, outside of Carlos Quentin's fantasy land.
Greinke has hit him twice before, neither one in a situation where you would be trying to hit someone(much like last night's). Nor does there seem to be an obvious reason for Greinke to have it out for Quentin.
Here's the list of all the pitchers who have hit Quentin(again):
Quentin is just a guy who gets hit a lot, because of the way he stands at the plate. Quentin himself admitted as much.
Oh, and in before "lolz why is u a dodgerz fan!!!???"
