I have the S4 w/Gear and my wife has the S3 w/Gear and we both feel that the Gear is a drain on the phone's battery because of the Bluetooth.
However both of use have external chargers and spare batteries. When the phone gets low just swap batteries. This is the #1 most important feature for me and the reason I won't go to iPhone. I hate having to tether my phone to a charging cable.
Oh and I would be remiss if I didn't say "Thank You" for these videos. I learn so much about the team we all love from them. The inside stories, explanations and similar stuff is out of this world.
I so wish I could attend these but our AZ trips always coincide with my son's Spring Break which is inevitably after the FanFest takes place.
Question, does anyone know what the point he was making about Baylor and the batting helmets? I took from it that it kind of a "take pride in being an Angel" thing.
And my favorite nugget from all the materials you guys so graciously provided was the Josh story, "when you tell the story, tell it well." LOL
I don't want to sound like a big Arte fanboy cause I am not. However, he does strike me as being a gentleman which Simers is not, in my opinion. Arte may well just have an aversion to a-holes and it's probably Simers involvement that is keeping him away.
Simers used the whole charity angle to get two other gentlemen, Vin Scully and John Wooden, to sit down with him for an interview. I doubt either of them would have otherwise.
TJ shouldn't publicly call out Arte for not wanting to talk to him. He brought this on himself.
I hoping Directv doesn't pick up the Dodgers Channel so I can call them up to threaten cancellation and get more bill credits and free premiums.
I was pissed at them a few months ago and I remember reading here how people get all the free stuff so I tried it. I truly had no intent of switching, I've been with them forever and I am actually very satisfied. I got $30 off for 6-months and 4 months of free premiums. So I am anxious to try it again.
Does anybody do that regularly? I figure they would get wise eventually if I keep doing it again and again.
“The doctor asked me how I felt I said, ‘Well, let’s see, I can still speak English, Spanish and Portuguese,’ so I was cool,†Wilson said.
Even in injury... sheesh.
