Hard to believe this is all you get for $15 million dollars. And the sad thing is that Dipoto thought that it was a good idea to bring him in and his almost 5 ERA from the NL to the AL. The angels could have saved that money and threw out Jerome every 5 starts and done better.

It's the madness that is the lineup. You have the two players who have the worst bat control in the lineup hitting 4 and 5 and have Pujols in front of them getting on base at better than 50% clip. You have Hamilton and Trumbo who have shown that they can kill any sort of rallys that the team gets in front of them. Bases loaded no outs, no problem they can strike out and GIDP to get out without any runs, man on second and third no outs, no problem they can both strike out on two ridiculous pitches way out of the zone. And this has been going on every single game.

Whatever you do don't waste your money by going to the game. At least the fans can vote with their wallet.

Remember when people were excited about bringing in Dipoto to replace Reagins? Every single one of moves made by Dipoto is turning out to be a disaster except for trading for the Frieri trade. Signing of CJ was awful and you can get the same production for 10 million less per year. Signing of Pujols is going to be bad when you count for the back years of his contract. And the way Pujols is running he is going to need to run around with a wheelchair in about 3 years. Letting Hunter go and signing Hamilton for 15 more per year is looking terrible. Signing Blanton thinking he can be productive was very shortsighted.

All their overpaid players are performing like shit. Trout is providing zero spark and is in a sophomore slump. Their farm system is the worst system in the major league. Their overrated manager has a lifetime contract and can't be fired without costing a small fortune. Time to cancel any plans on going to see this team at the ballpark this year.
