Getz missed a couple of games late in the season. They said it was minor but the team wanted him to be healthy for the playoffs. I think he's nursing some kind of injury. I don't think he is 100%.

Goodell's major fail in all of this is his lack of a true penalty system. If you do this, your penalty is this. One needs to be outlined. Only multiple offenders should be penalized different from the system on a case by case basis. Also, it sounds like Kraft and Goodell are no longer best buds because of this whole scenario. Kraft could start a plan to remove Goodell from his position.

When NBC shows hockey on Sunday, their time slot is usually 3pm eastern. It's been that way all season. At least that game won't be on NBCSN. As for why the games won't start until Sunday, 2 reasons. If it starts Friday, a 4 game sweep (not likely) gives NBC only one weekend game. Starting Sunday guarantees 2 weekend games for each series. NBA does this all the time. More sports are watched on the weekends than weeknights. And the NHL isn't big like College Football or NFL. They can't compete with prime time television on a major network (NBC).

Ducks don't get any love from NHL Network. One guy picked them for the finals. Everyone else thought WPG would win this series. Also, throughout the regular season, each east coast game gets an immediate highlight reel and post game interview from the arean cam on NHL Tonight. But I have to wait about an hour until they show Ducks highlights. And it was normally how the opponets blew their opportunity as opposed to the Ducks winning it in the 3rd on their own like they did so many times. Oh, and rarely an interview. F them.
