It should be coming from a brand new 3rd gen nuclear power plant but alas, our politicians can't grift as much money from that as they can solar panels and windmills. 

You have to be a really poor person or criminal to like the politics of this state. It's hard to spend time in the Eastern Sierra and not be in awe of the state's beauty

I used to think there was a bubble in housing until I realized the bubble actually resides in the US dollar. The days of affordable real estate are over until after the collapse. If someone can’t afford a house they should probably buy other tangible finite assets. I’m thinking of buying farmable land in one of the flyover states. The key is not letting anyone know I’m from CA lol.
