    I agree.

    About the Game Over

Anderson has not been good for the past week+.

What does Parker have to do to close a game?   1.80 ERA over the past 15 innings, and saved 8 games a year ago in limited chances.

I get that Anderson throws hard and everyone drools over that, but it's straight as an arrow and his slider doesn't seem to fool anyone. I don't think he's the answer and I too would like to see Parker get another chance.

RAGING BONER (5%): Bonafide star; .300/.420/.530, 25-30 HR

HAPPY TO SEE YOU (15%): Borderline star; .290/.400/.500, 20-25 HR

    HALF-MAST (25%): Good regular; .280/.380/.470, 15-20 HR

SLIGHT SWELLING (25%): Solid regular; .270/.350/.450, 15-20 HR

    SHRINKAGE (25%): Platoon player; .270/.350/.400, 10-15 HR

MY NAME IS REEK (5%): Never catches on as major leaguer; Quad-A type; Japanese gash

Calling a .900 OPS player a borderline star is pretty tough. I think all your monikers should be moved down one slot and the top line should be labeled super star.

I know I get to see him a lot more than the rest of you because of where I live...but I think Arenado is a better all-around third baseman than Machado.

And he's a local kid...and will be in the same free agent class...

He isn't a FA until after 2019 season.

    He is absolutely great defensively.

What did he do to you? It's ok. You can tell us. Did he touch you....down there?

He's a douche and I'm tired of seeing people talking him up like the best thing since sliced bread. I still think he's good, but overrated.

The 2018 club has more talent. But as we learned from the Fipoto era, looking good on paper and looking good on the field are two very different things.

They had a +143 run differential. They were good on the field. Just not when it mattered most.
