  2. Cheer up, maybe a hurricane will take it out someday.
  3. He and Kinsler deserve each other.
  4. I think they are fired up for the Astros this time. It has to be eating at them that they got swept by them at home, I'm sure they would love to return the favor. This team still has a lot of pride in its performance. The biggest factors working against them is lack of pitching talent, pitching consistency, and in conjunction with pitching consistency nagging pitching injuries. On the offensive side just find the heck what is wrong with Hamilton, or sit him if necessary until they have it figured out. Between Shuck, Hawpe, and Calhoun any of the three can outperform Hamilton at this time.
  5. You are spot on Stradling. I'm here to validate your comments. They have to get it done now, there is a real urgency to their situation.
  6. It's all about adjusting, let's see how well he handles that .
  7. and that Scioscia and his entire staff needs to be fired, that DiPoto should also be relieved of his duties, and that Arte needs to stay far away from baseball operations.
  8. Not in MLB baseball. Probably enjoying his $69M (less taxes) in career earnings.
  9. Those two strikeouts were the relief highlight of the season for me. I loved the look Cabrera had on his face after striking out, that was priceless.
  10. Thank you, this question was bugging me too. I see him hanging around the dugout all the time at the home games. Interesting that they actually need him in the dugout during games. The more you learn about Hamilton the more complex this guy becomes.
  11. Can we get Corbin, Skaggs and Torres back, and then start the season over?
  12. He can say "no", and then for asking a stupid question he can revoke the stadium's liquor license.

  15. Important message for all Gubi lovers: he's ready to do his thing, 15 minutes. I'm sure YK9001 is headed to a TV as we speak.
  16. Just goes to prove that the current crop of MLB hitters can't hit pitches out of the zone.
  17. Isn't that what Aaron Hernandez is looking for, validation?
  18. I didn't know there was a GPS plotter for outfield fly balls?
  19. We aren't rating movies, why is it so important to have a critic. We have zillions of them on here. Take your pick.
  20. The team's best pitcher all depends on their last start, LOL. Most people can't project what might be the best rotation. But I agree with you, why the rush to trade him? I think there is an adjustment period for all players coming fresh into an organization. Why keep dumping them out after you have invested in acclimating them into the team.
