People can have a different opinion.  It’s OK.  I don’t give 2 shits about what others do.  It’s their right, and they took it.

My disdain isn’t for LIV.  My disdain is for the guys who “claim” they didn’t know the consequences of their action.  How they were “blindsided” by the repercussions.  That’s just flat out bullshit.

But I always give credit where credit is due.  Koepka played great and was a deserving champion.  He made the most out of the opportunity he had.  He may get the opportunity to play on the Ryder Cup team now.  If that happens, I will root for him.  I’ve never said anyone was a bad person, except maybe Greg Norman.

No, that's the narrative that needs to stop and what PGA heads created. They knew exactly what they were signing up for. And this is where we probably disagree, but I don't like that they are ostracized. It's literally capitalism, and guess what, the PGA players benefited!! You know how much money they make now because of LIV?

It's been funny to me how they were the villian and now people are making more money and guys like Rory are saying we should come together after talking shit.

I think the "blindsided" narrative is exaggerated. I never saw that. All I saw was that they wanted points and to be able to be in the rankings, which is fair....and proven in the last two majors.

    Yeah, that’s it.

It has nothing to do with money.  Nah.

Or maybe I missed the point.

You did, but I applaud your continued disdain for LIV. Why grown men care about what others do is baffling.

And it’s always been about money. Doesn’t make them bad people. Most people would gladly take a pay raise.

  3. Felt like he was on declining health for many years, so it’s not a shock. But seeing the outpouring of people he affected or touched and his part in the growth of the game was maybe something I just took for granted.

I’ve been watching or reading so much on him today and there were a ton of great tributes to Texas Dolly. Knew a lot of it watching him for about 20 years, but the stories are legendary.

Also anyone who builds rubs and likes heat, check out Flat Iron Pepper Company.   Huge variety of pepper flake flavors and heats.  Put them in a cheap Amazon grinder and add to your meats and rubs.  The four pepper bond had replaced a black pepper grinder at my house.  Great stuff!

    100%

I think Larry was the one that posted about it here or turned me on to this when we would hang out. Their red pepper mix is the bees knees and has some kick.
