You're right! It is the guy who played D'Angelo. I was thinking it was Vicellous Shannon, who played David Palmer's son on 24.
So now D'Angelo and Cutty are on the same show again.
These situations always remind me of The Wire. That show takes a realistic, unbiased look at the black urban community and why it has so many problems.
