I was there for games 6 & 7.

Game 7 ended somewhere between 8 and 9pm and I didn't even get to my car in the lot until close to 3am.

I was there.

I wore my road grey CA pre pinstripe era Jim Abbott jersey with the 52 on the back.

After the David Wells beatdown inning I went to a beer line and somebody behind me says "Nice jersey!" I turned around to reply and Jim Abbott himself was standing right there.

I couldn't believe it!

I had my Pentax SLR camera hanging from my neck so the guy in the line next to me offers to take our picture together.

I hand him the fully manual camera after checking the exposure, and he lines it up like a pro, checks his focus, takes a couple of photos, and hands it back.

We all get our beers, I head back to my seat, and I see the exposure got racked way back when he was focusing the shot.

Those 2 pics were solid black when I developed them.

Still a great memory tho!

So, yes, there are issues. It's more not attacking the strike zone early in the count and down. And then changing the eye level to hands/shoulder height and then going back down. 

An elevated pitch at the top of the Pitch Trax strike zone is belt high. And is crushed. That is not an elevation anyone would teach, instruct, nor force on anyone.

 

Same issue with lifting in a swing. You generate that at contact and finish not prior to contact that would be swing up and under the ball. Fly outs, pop ups, strike outs bottom of the bat ground balls. Injuries based more on core and obliques.
