California Cajun got a reaction from Lou in Josh Hamilton said Thursday that his left knee feels as good as it's felt in five years.
Slider, low and outside.

California Cajun got a reaction from Angel Oracle in Can 2016 Angels replicate 2014 success?
No, because the division is going to be better. I predicted 75-90 wins. I think the Angels will be better than last year because they are running more and will score more runs. If Santiago, Shoemaker, and Skaggs do well they don't have to rely on Weaver and Wilson as much.

California Cajun got a reaction from Blarg in Eppler's Food for Thought
When Dipoto first left I was mad at Arte and Scioscia for not letting the GM do his job. I also thought the team suffered due to screwed up leadership. In the offseason I was mad at Arte for not letting Eppler spend because if HIS mistakes.Since the Cactus League has gotten underway, I have seen an organization that has its act together. It appears now to me that a personality conflict was the reason for the recent dysfunction. With Eppler, Angels management works well together.
I'm more confident now that we're headed in the right direction and they will successfully address their deficiencies.

Señor Blabbermouth is showing us no mercy today.

California Cajun got a reaction from Tyler in Austin Jackson to ChiSox for 1yr/$5 million
Jackson's lucky because when Kenny Williams was White Sox GM he had a policy against dealing with Bora$.

California Cajun got a reaction from Billy_Ball in Giavotella working to be less of a defensive disaster
If someone told me we'd get a .270 average from 2b after trading Howie Kendrick, I would have been happy. Johnny G. is giving the Angels 100% and if he wins the job this spring he deserves it.

California Cajun got a reaction from Angel Oracle in Sell me on the new season
I think more run support will make these pitchers better. I also wish Scioscia would stick with relievers longer when they're pitching well.

You had me fooled there. I could picture Josh playing for the Rangers in a park that disallows tobacco products, and losing concentration because of a nicotine fit.

California Cajun got a reaction from Angel Oracle in Sell me on the new season
The Angels have a good pitching staff. That's the #1 determining factor.
Other than that we need some surprise performances. I think we can win from 75 to 90 games depending on variables. Let's hope for 90.
The Angels needed to address at least LF in a meaningful way and didn't. But a pitching-based team gives us a shot.

California Cajun got a reaction from Tank in Los Angeles Rams thread
I was a big Rams fan during the Roman Gabriel/Fearsome Foursome years. Loved the blue and white unis of the time bit anything's better than what they've worn in recent years.
I was really mad when they moved and have tried to be a Saints fan the last 20 years. Really excited the Rams are back.

I think MLB has given us our unconditional release. I received answers to several posts and the email linked to a blank page that said "Angels Message Boards no longer available." Guess they wanted to surprise us.
