Alright..I think I got it. So grade 1 sprain means he's a little parched and has a little dry mouth, but nothing crazy. Grade 2 sprain means he's seriously getting dehydrated...dude needs some serious Gatorate..maybe an IV. Next is a grade 3 sprain which means he died of thirst. We shall see where this goes.

I think there is a time where teams should give up top prospects. This year I don't believe is the year for us. Too many weaknesses and holes. You fix the bullpen and you still have underperforming aging hitters. Who's to say they even come around? You want to replace those aging hitters? Ok, that's more prospects gone. to do what? Get to the wild card game? It sucks but I don't think this team is good enough regardless this year. I do have confidence that the time will come in a year or two though. And in that year or two, I would like to have those prospects to improve our team when we have a better chance of winning.

This team isn't good enough. If we can upgrade the bullpen by giving away mid-tier prospects, fine... If not, roll with what we got and hope we get lucky. But we are not winning anything this season.

Why would we do that trade? This team isn’t winning anything with Brad Hand. Or even another good reliever in addition to Hand. There are just too many holes to fill on this roster and we still wouldn’t be good enough this year, so I don’t see the point in wasting valuable prospects to give fans fake hope that we have a chance this year. Make the right moves next year and get rid of our old, worthless guys and go for it in the next coming years. I really hate sounding down on the team like this, but IMO it’s just not good enough this year. i know anything can happen in baseball, but I don’t want to give up a guy like Marsh for a chance at at a one game wild card, and then hope to get lucky enough to beat the Astros, Red Sox, and Yankees.

Yea. He did everything well hitting wise except hit for average, which he more than made up for with his OBP and slugging. I think Harper is a better hitter overall and will be a better hitter in the future, but AS OF NOW, Harper does have an Adam Dunn slash line. Which is more than fine... we’re about 1/3rd of the way through the season. I think Harper gets back up to .260-.270 with an OBP around .400 and an OPS of over .900.
