    .. from the Yanks/Astros series? I live in NY, but I'm not fond of the Yanks. On the other hand, as an Angels' fan I don't want the Astros to win. I lean toward the Stros winning and losing the Series. Thoughts?

    I don't think looking into Trout's future is the priority. If we get the players around him, he'd be more likely to stay.

    I'm sure the Yanks don't want to throw any games, but their playoff partner is now in their hands. If they play poorly, it will make the Halos job increasingly difficult. However, if they sweep the Twins, the odds are we will pick up at least 1 game. Personally, I think the Angels will win at least 6 of their last 10 games.

    It's an impressive streak, but honestly most of these games were against Detroit and the White Sox. KC will end the streak for sure.

    Interesting synopsis. 15-7 sounds a bit of a height to reach. We would need our starting pitching to really give us a lift.

    Thanks Slappy, the Carew signing is dear to my heart because that's the reason I became an Angels fan.
