I would be interested to know the thoughts of some of you who may be more familiar with his defensive abilities. From what I understand, he has a good arm but crappy range. Sounds like a 3b to me ! Is this a possibility ? I would certainly be good with letting him take some AB's from the great David Freese. Of course I still remember the catastrophe that was the Mark Trumbo 3b experiment....it haunts me...... Anyway, would we be looking at a repeat of that or does he have a chance to be decent ? Would be nice to figure out a way to consistently get his bat into the line up and see if he cant continue to develop plate discipline with every day AB's. Plus we could potentially finally plug the black hole that is the Angel 3b. Thoughts and comments ! ? On an entirely different topic, Im also a pretty big advocate of trading Kendrick and letting Green try and lock down 2b. My thoughts for the night.

Why not ? You cant have it both ways. If your gonna bomb him for every game we lose you need to be reasonable and give him credit when we win. Anyway, I could kind of buy into the new voice argument, especially if it seemed like he had lost the club house. That does not seem to be the case outwardly anyway.

the road trip was terrible. On the bright side, I do feel pretty good about some of our bats getting hot and the team getting on another roll here sooner then later. Trout has not gone off yet this season. That will come, also the Pujols will eventually start hitting again. Just gotta keep hoping the rotation stays healthy. That is what will really **** us.

I think you guys should look up the freeway at our buddies in Chavez Ravine. You may note how Donnie Baseball is working on turning his clubhouse full of diva's against him. You never ever hear about that stuff out of Sosh's teams who, by the way are also loaded with star personalities. Thats a big part of managing, keeping the team together. There is only so much this guy can do when the line up refuses to preform with RISP. Or when the bullpen constantly implodes. Or when our 3 hitter decides to go ice cold for a month. Or when our "best" pitcher cant make it out of first inning against the best team in the league. I actually think Scoscia has done a pretty solid job so far with this roster this year. I think if you asked most of us if we would take our record now (early in june) at the beginning of the season most of us would have taken it hoped for some good times down the stretch. Yes, the last week or so has stunk, but we are due for a hot streak as well. The team will continue to compete this year. I dont know, maybe its just me, but I didnt expect much this year anyway. Getting rid of a reliable, and respected manager is not gonna make things better for this team. Side note: the stubborness with veterans is annoying. But I dont think it can go on much longer with Ibanez. No body is perfect.

Im sorry, but this is just the most ridiculous post I have seen in a while. You really think he'd magically pick up 50 batting points if he had a "different coach" This guy is a vet how much do you really think a coach can do for Albert Pujols. Geez. Also, he is on pace for 30 homers. That being said, he has been extremely disappointing.
