    The thing I like about Grichuk is his hand eye coordination. Unlike Trumbo, he can make contact with the ball very often.

    Arte deserves serious blame for hiring Reagins and Dipoto. Twice in a row he has chose the wrong man for the job. He also deserves blame for giving Scioscia a 10 year contract.

    11-26 the rest of the way is seriously doable for this team. Like I've said before, we have to play Oakland, Texas, and the Rays 20 more times. There is no way they go better than 7-13 in those games. Could easily go 5-15.

    You're comparing Weaver to the exception not the rule. Maddux was a generational talent the way he controlled, and located the ball. Weaver is a great pitcher, but not close to that level.

    How do you not blame Blanton? Sure the offense sucks, but Blanton was the same 15 million dollar shit as he's been every time he's stepped on the mound. He sucks and Arte needs to eat the contract this offseason. Time to move on from this loser.

    He's just an average ball player. He's basically a .240/.305/.400 guy with good defense. Nothing special. If you can get a starter with front of the rotation upside for him you do it.
