It's a shame that Trout's injury was season ending but they refused to say it and kept people hoping that he would return this year to "help the club". This Halos team is a .500 at best with all the injuries. At this rate they'll be lucky to finish at .500. I think they'll finish the season with a 9-7 record. Too little too late as they always say.
Connor Seabold made his MLB debut finally. He grew up a Halo fan. This is my friend's nephew (someone who I talked to often at Kings games) so I'm super happy for him. Leave it to Garrett Richards to blow the lead for him though. lol
I think he's a huge favorite but you know there will be some voters that are haters because the Halos suck. It'll be just like when Trout was robbed of a few MVPs himself because of the Halos non playoff appearances. So that could be how Ohtani gets screwed when it's all said and done.
