    I think the writing is on the wall. We're a .500 team. That's about as good as it'll get. Better than previous years, but as always.. just not good enough for the playoffs. Zero pitching will do that for ya but Arte won't get that through his thick skull.

    Imagine if Fletch played like this from the start as we knew he was capable of. But poor guy struggled most of April and May. Either way, hope he keeps this up.

    As soon as I remember hearing someone on the broadcast (or Roger Lodge) saying we're right behind the Mariners and we need to beat them to pass them.. you just know the Halos will bend over.
