    Taylor Ward at 93? Wait, does Keith Law and ESPN have separate top 100 prospect lists? I always thought they were the same. Anyway, It's crazy to see so many of the Angels prospects from Adell all the way down to Ward, Barria and Rodriguez on various top prospect lists. The system is so much deeper than I thought before all these lists came out this month.

    I agree, he's a great defensive catcher, but he's also terrible with the bat, which some people around here don't like to hear lol. All I said was I'd love to have Realmuto over Maldonado, he'd be a huge upgrade

    Lol His highest OPS in a month was .764, which was in May, every other month his OPS was in the .600's he was consistently terrible at the plate, so please tell me where he slowed down Like I said, I like Maldonado, I just don't think he should be starting due to his anemic bat.

    Man, I wish the Angels would try to trade for Realmuto. As much as I love Maldonado, he shouldn't be starting, he's pretty much an automatic out. With the OF set for the next 3+ years, I'd be okay with Jam Jones headlining a package for Realmuto.

    I'm fine with where he ranked Thaiss, I'm not too high on him either. It still irks me that we drafted Thaiss one pick ahead of Forrest Whitley. That reminds me of the 2011 draft where we took Cron right before Sonny Gray. Whitley looks like a future ace, hopefully Thaiss doesn't turn out to be a dud like Cron.

    The Marlins are gonna want a package similar to what the White Sox got for Eaton, so that basically cancels us out unless we gut the farm and trade Adell, Maitan, Jones, Marsh and Barria.
