  1. Bad weekend for GoDaddy - first Danica Patrick, now this.
  2. As someone said, it was Granderson, not Morales. A fast, good baserunner. I don't disagree with your conclusions, other than your contention that it was a bad throw. Don't oversell your position; it was a great throw from medium right to nail a fast runner. Credit where due.
  3. And it's not really close....
  4. Pretty soon they'll be auctioning off games on e-bay. "How badly do you want to watch? We'll let you know if your bid has been accepted in 29:32"
  5. The only way to watch today's game is on Facebook???!!??? I've lived too long.
  6. And the play was RIGHT IN FRONT OF HIM!! If he'd just .... stopped.... and gotten tagged out, the run would have counted. Crazy, stupid play
  7. Count me among those that say Kole should not have seen the field for the rest of this game; probably the series as well.
  8. Briefly. 1st & 2nd, no outs, Kole up. Hits a dying quail to left field (gasp). The left fielder charged hard and slid; should have caught it but it bounced off his chest. Cozart (on 2nd), was headed back to 2nd on the apparent catch, and got thrown out at 3rd. One out, Maldonado on 2nd, Kole on 1st. Kinsler does Kinsler things, two outs, Trout up, still 1st & 2nd. Trout hits a shot into left field; Maldy rounds third with the apparent 2nd run. As he rumbles towards the plate, Calhoun tries to go 1st to 3rd with the ball in front of him. Thrown out easily at 3rd, before Maldy crosses the plate. Inning over.
  9. Oh, he had a glove. Needed something for the ball to bounce off of.
  10. Sounds like they received the ever-valuable 'cash considerations'. .933 OPS with 13 HR and 43 RBI in 39 games. He might be able to help. Unfortunately he was blocked by Pujols who, if memory serves, used to do something similar in the early 2000's.
  11. Ha ha! Shoulda been sitting in the dugout and not needed to make it.
  12. Mmmmmm.... gonna go with the Dodgers on this one....
  13. Yup. That was the pitchers fault. For sure. You show true insight into this game.
  14. Fortunately stuff like that never bothers Garrett....
