    considering "ace" is a completely subjective term, yes. He is the best pitcher on our staff, to me that is an ace. He is still one of the ten best starters in the AL. It's completely subjective, but to deny it seems petty.

    I think some of us expect some semblance of logic interspersed with the vitriol. For some of us, baseball is kind of an escape, as is aw. So coming here and finding no solace, instead just finding blind anger and 1000 threads about the same complaint gets difficult to read over time. That isn't to say folks don't have the ability to post pretty much whatever they want. But don't get all pissy just because all fans don't enjoy reading 10 pages full of bitching.

    lol at "very close to fact". Until I hear it first person from Dipoto, Reagins or Moreno, then all it can be is conjecture.

    I'm referring to all of the anger directed at Sosh, like he's a bad guy because the Angels aren't winning. It's silly.

    It makes it lack credibility. If you can't name who is quoting, then just leave it. This isn't national security.

    I am pretty sure that Dipoto and Sosh are not on the same page at all, however, I always struggle with articles that use quotation marks for unnamed sources. Another part in the article says something like 'one person says that another person in the front office says......' It's like fourth person information and none of the people are even named.

    I was into the article until Miller pulled the "reign of terror" comment. Crappy writing and a clearly biased author.

    I don't think there are too many people here or anywhere else who think Dipoto/Sosh is a great pairing. Doesn't matter too much, but if asked to pick who should go, I'll pick Sosh.
