Aybar has 9 hits in his last 55 at bats...that's one sixty four. Freese is actually hitting .311 in that same span of 2 weeks. Little Ericka Aybar should have been traded long ago, but Uncle Arte likes him, despite his insistence on squaring around to bunt at least once a game...even though he can't bunt worth crap.

In the last 30 days - he has the same amount of strike outs as Hamilton at 31, and the same amount of stolen bases as Howie at 2... He's attitude has changed, it seems. Too much glory, making the kid's head spin...IMO

Two Points: 1.) Weaver is not the same Weaver... and 2.) Any pitcher with an above 5 ERA...the Halos turn into Cy Young...or Dan Haren of Wednesday night...

Well - here we are... A's 70 - 44 Halos 67 - 47 M's 60 - 54 Astros 47 - 68 TEX 45 - 69 10-10... Nothing gained...2 games lost. Oakland has had a softie schedule...but I think the last 3 games of this march thru hell was on the arm of David Freese...whose bad throws (along with Jeff Mathis Jr.) cost us game 2 vs. the Doyers Halos win in Kershaw's start...they don't lose 2-1 or 7-0. NEXT UP: 3 vs. Boston- who has traded away their team (sorta), 2 vs. the Phils who stink, and then Texas who is stinkier...then 4 games in Chowd Town. 12 games before seven against Oakland. Should get interesting...

Seriously - If I'm an opposing manager...Walk Trout to get to Albert and Josh. If it's post 5th inning...get to Kendrick. A clean up hitter "supposed" to be feared. FEARED. When the Halos signed Vladdy..it was was like..."We got him?" Because he was in HIS PRIME! 2004 was off the charts for him. When we signed Albert..it was like..."We got him? For 10 years? What's is Arte thinking? He's declining" St. Louis gave him a low ball figure because they knew...Arte was enamored that he hit homers in game 7...just like Matsui's MVP in World Series...kinda like Freese's. Anyway...I was stoked for Vladdy....very lukewarm on Albert and CJ. Why? Gee...I watch baseball...and I saw CJ being inconsistent in Texas...
