    Washington is an ass for taking out soriano...it messes the whole bullpen rotation up for no reason...looked okay for 2 seconds but the consequences of taking out Soriano who didn't give up a run yet where much greater! I will give him this year but my hope is next year we will go with a young guy !

    I know it's wise to build Soriano into a major league starting role...but I wish Washington gave him a chance ! We have less to lose and more to gain getting Soriano's esteem up to where he believes he is the best we got ❤️!

    Also, it's clear now that the reduced amount of posts in Friday's Gameday Thread wasn't due to the fact that the game was on Apple TV+: the last two days have had about the same amount of posts. People have definitely either already stopped watching on a regular basis or they don't feel the need to comment on these patchwork lineups and generally crappy play.

    Bats are very quiet again today so far.  9 K, 0 BB.  This is probably how it's going to be for as long as these scrubs are playing: mostly quiet, then random outbursts like last night.  Just boring baseball.
    I'm curious to see how the series against the Cardinals goes.  They're also struggling (dead-last in the NL in runs scored per game, 3rd-worst in runs given up per game).  Could go either way: lots of 2-1-type games, or 9-7-type games.

    as bad as we complain on these boards...people (including myself) will stay loyal to the halos no matter what and still go to games cause that is what we have done our whole lives ! we don't know any different than root for the angels no matter what !

    LOL. I just checked in on the score for the first time, saw it was 1-0 going into the 9th. Voila.
    Here's an idea, OC folks: stop going to games. Every time you go to a game or buy merch, you're giving Arte money - and basically telling him you're ok with the product. Vote with your dollar - don't support a crappy product.
