  1. OK timeout. You need some fleshlight action. Regroup and post again.
  2. Wow, Arte leading, Dipoto, Scioscia and Injuries.
  3. Our best chance was going into the season. We could have traded them Santiago and Skaggs, or a combination of one of the two and something else. He was coming off a poor showing last season, outside of some HR's. FAIL.
  4. While true, this is the Miami Marlins.
  5. Oh no, we create new Hot Stove threads for each year.
  6. I really wanted to trade for this guy in the offseason, but now his price tag has gone significantly up. .322/.374/567 with 15 HR and 43 RBI. That said... Do we have anything left to trade for this guy? I cannot even think of anything close, unless Richards was healthy.
  7. I know you're kidding, but just in case you woke up dumb today... no.
  8. One year after missing a shot at the playoffs by one win, the Angels are struggling to avoid the cellar in the AL West. Multiple choices. Vote!
  9. Agreed! btw... We should grab a drink in Seattle sometime @Puget Sound Angel
  10. Does anyone know the severity of Grayson Long's injury? I see he's on the 7-day DL for Burlington.
  11. Hey @Adam a black guy with power! Found this blurb today... Angels OF prospect Jabari Henry homered for the third game in a row Monday in a win for Double-A Arkansas. In doing so, he extended his hitting streak to seven games. Over that span he's hit .462 with five homers and nine RBI. 15 of Henry's 20 RBI this year have come in the month of June. The 25-year-old's first go-round in Double-A didn't go so well. He hit just .170 with 99 strikeouts in 288 at-bats for Double-A Jackson last year. Henry signed a minor league deal with Los Angeles after the Mariners released him in spring training.
  12. If Jerry would have held out for Eaton or Quintana, rather than Santiago, along with Skaggs, it would have been a win. So far we got an inconsistent starter and a prospect southpaw who cannot stay healthy and is struggling to return from TJ, nearly two years after the surgery.
  13. The AZL Angels win in their debut. Orem and Arkansas win as well. Seems to be the only thing we can get excited about with the Angels struggling badly.
  14. Hi @John Stellman I did some research on you. You used to write for the OC Register years ago. July 15th, 1973 http://www.ocregister.com/articles/ryan-654998-throws-year.html Found your bio online. http://www.angelsreport.com/about-john-stellman/ Welcome to AngelsWin.com
  15. Yeah, I'm down with this. I like his power and his D and arm is pretty good. Profiles well in LF. He just needs every day at bats.
  16. I was out all day doing Father's Day type stuff so I missed the game, but just saw the highlights. Major props! Also, I agree he should finish in the rotation. He's paid his dues and we're not going to make the playoffs... unless we do. BTW, most of the young stat-driven guys fell out of love with Weaver because he lost his FB velo.. Sad.
  17. Happy Father's Day guys.. Hope you all had a great day!
