    I agree. Solving the problem of poverty in urban communities would do the trick. It's so much more accessible and affordable to play basketball or football than it is to play baseball.

    No, but several Supreme Court cases have set precedents for what is and isn't considered protected speech, which implies that the literal words of the Constitution aren't the only method with which to gauge whether a person's speech is protected.

    As has been pointed out several times, the First Amendment doesn't protect ALL speech. Isn't it possible that a president's words, which hold 100 million times more weight than your words and my words, can more easily cross the threshold into unprotected speech than ours can?

    I think there's a divide here between people who think the president is just a normal citizen with the same expectations and rights of a normal citizen, and people who think the president should be viewed with much more scrutiny due to his position of power and authority.

    Not true. If, say, Chuck Schumer or Nancy Pelosi wrote an op ep that the impeachment is constitutional, I wouldn't take it seriously.

    Disney does a lot of unethical things. In this case, I agree that someone who compares mask-wearing to the Holocaust deserves to be fired.
