    It’s incredible how this team always makes the wrong decisions. I’m sure they are meeting minimums, but why would you not want to go above and beyond? Imagine working for a company where the lowest person on the totem pole feels like they are treated like shit? The best run companies do the complete opposite and try and create buy in from top to bottom by showing they care. The Angels continue to prove how pathetic they are from top to bottom. It’s sad.

    There are things that you can infer from watching or from understanding who Trout is over ten seasons. He’s always been quiet and does not love the spotlight. I wouldn’t consider those leadership qualities. He can lead by example, of course, but he also hasn’t been on the field.
