I honestly think what happened to Koepka at The Masters had a lot to do with Greg Norman and the whole LIV shit. Norman made it a spectacle, saying if a LIV golfer wins, there was going to be this big ass celebration on the 18th hole, and put undue pressure on Koepka to win. This week, Norman has kept his mouth shut, stayed out of the press and I honestly think that has helped Koepka mentally. He has a completely different game face today than he did on Masters Sunday. Of course, he’s not going head to head with Rahm this week, but he still looks mentally dialed in and I think that has a lot to do with Norman staying the fuck away and letting him play golf.

Brooks can putt. Hovland can’t. Especially on Sunday.

I’ve got a feeling that Koepka is going to win this going away. Hovland is a notorious choker on Sunday, and Scheffler just can’t get the putter hot enough to get close.

Ricky has actually had a really good year this year. A sort of resurgence. He’s been about 50% of his tournaments in the Top 25, and he’s had 4 Top 10’s. He just hasn’t hit the winners circle yet. Honestly, I really root for him. He’s likable, and he’s not exactly hurting for endorsement money. I’d hate to see him jump to LIV, but you gotta do what you feel you gotta do. The rumor is out there.

I love both of those guys also. I truly believe Fowler will eventually bolt over to LIV at some point, even though he is one of the most popular players on the PGA tour. I’d love for him to finally win a major. Tony Finau is another guy a root for.

Hell no, buddy. I’m sleeping till 7am, getting up and hitting the gym regularly. I was never a fat guy, but I’ve lost almost 10lbs already, and I attribute that to eating better and eating at regular hours. Sleep is so underrated. I can’t believe how much better I feel. I feel healthier, and happier. I’m getting my golf game back where it needs to be, shot an 81 today at San Juan Hills. Bored? No way. And I’ve had several opportunities to teach at the National Fire Academy in Maryland, but absolutely not. I’m loving life. Can’t wait for you to join me, brother.
