Neto looks overmatched so far -
Ohtani is good no matter what but I'm hoping to see improved command this start. 2 or fewer walks. If he shows wildness again for the 4th straight start I think it's more than random variance. Feels like he's throwing his sinker less and relying on his sweeper too much. Obviously results are good so far but small victories and areas to improve each time out are always on the table.

Amazing looking back what Fletcher's perceived value on this board was versus what he is now. If we really could have gotten a good starter for him we messed up.

I said in the offseason we could have have used him, a lot of people thought our SP was solid and there was no room for him... Charges were dropped, this is America he is a free man and should be allowed to play. But he's being Kaepernick'd out of the league.

the upside Rengifo showed last year is looking like fool's gold at this point

I wanted Ohtani to keep going too, but if we are going to the pen Quijada to Estevez is the only acceptable option at this point so I think Nevin is still on the right track

preseason it looked like we had a lot of depth and length in our bench, bullpen, and rotation so far we are as top heavy as ever

Drury can't field, I knew those reports of him playing 2B for us was a joke. If he doesn't hit 25 bombs he's gonna be useless
