  1. Scioscia vs Puig would be fun to watch.
  2. Altuve won't be a free agent until 2020 since the 2 options on his contract are club options and there is no way they aren't going to exercise them since they are only for $6.5 million.
  3. Yoenis Cespedes 5 years/$140 million Kenley Jansen 4 years/ $65 million Aroldis Chapman 5 years/$75 million Edwin Encarnacion 4 years/$75 million Wilson Ramos 1 year/$10 million (no team is going to give him a long term deal until they see how his knee is after surgery) Ian Desmond 4 years/$60 million Justin Turner 4 years/$50 million Josh Reddick 2 years/$30 million Jose Bautista 4 years/$75 million Dexter Fowler 5 years/$90 million Mark Melancon 4 years/$66 million Rich Hill 3 years/$45 million Ivan Nova 4 years/$48 million Jeremy Hellickson 4 years/$52 million Neil Walker 1 year/$17.2 million (if he doesn't take the QO, he needs a new agent)
  4. Or maybe just want to forget about him. He pitched in 2 games for the Angels gave up 1 run on 1 hit and 3 walks and failed to retire a single batter.
  5. I could see a team like Cleveland being interested in signing him after he clears waivers since they need outfielders and are competing.
  6. Arte would want to claim him so he can be stuck with the huge contract
  7. No it's not the record but it is a great accomplishment that should be recognized.
  8. I agree a big fat no on having a neutral site for the WS. The fans of the teams that make it deserve to see it played in their parks. It's not like the Super Bowl, where it's just one game and fans can travel for one game. And it seems like the only people that complain about the weather are those sitting at home watching on TV.
  9. Actually he needs to clear waivers before being offered back to the Orioles. If another team claims him then that team is required to keep him on the 25 man roster all on just like the Angels.
  10. ESPN just wants him to be traded to an East Coast team so they can watch him play since he usually plays after their bedtimes.
