  1. They honestly might not win 5 games in April. Everything is breaking wrong so far
  2. That's a dumb play by Escobar down 4 runs even though it worked
  3. We settle our millions on Albert Pujols, CJ Wilson, and Josh Hamilton. Just awesome
  4. Can't take this shit anymore. I ****ing hate the Dodgers and their stupid fanbase. Talking shit already...sigh
  5. We'd be the Padres if we didn't have Trout. It's that bad
  6. He's the 2nd best pitcher on the team. It doesn't matter who we start. Not enough top end talent in the rotation or the lineup. They're bad
  7. The Cubs are going to win 100 games this year pretty easily with shit teams like the Padres, Rockies, Brewers, reds, Marlins in the NL. Sad part is the Angels could easily lose 90-95 if a couple things break wrong
  8. It's sad but true (especially if they get a top 2 pick this year)
  9. Lol, Simmons has got to make those plays to be worth the trade...
  10. Gonna be a long year, boys and girls. Buckle up
  11. The shifts are whatever. The numbers say they work more than not...sometimes you will get burned, that's baseball I guess. The more concerning fact is that we have a 3rd baseman who has never played the position well and is 33 years old. A 1st baseman who can't move and has stone hands. And a 2nd baseman who has looked better so far but was extremely marginal. Those are things that make winning baseball games extremely difficult. The pitching staff is not built to have liabilities at two corner infield positions
  12. She's OK...better than Schilling. But the rambling on and on about pop up slides has gotta stop. No one cares
  13. So not to be too negative here on Opening Day, but I feel like this is a legit concern. If Pujols is not going to be able to play 1B more than 80 games, we are in serious trouble in this area. Escobar, Giavotella, cron...that's just too many below average fielders in one infield, I don't care how great Simmons is out there. Escobar is significantly worse than Freese from what I've seen. That's hard to do
  14. I don't even think they're good enough to replicate 2015. I think they win 80 games
  15. See I just don't understand when this became a bad thing. Can someone fill me in here? You'd think we're Russia with the way you talk about the United States
  16. "accompanied by universal social programs that are in everyone's self-interest" That sounds nice but it's never true. It's mostly the hard working people paying for lazy pieces of shit faking injuries. That's not in my self-interest. The elitist Euros are really pissing me off. They've now managed to brainwash a very loud and obnoxious group of Americans into thinking their way is better. This is more dangerous than Donald Trump
  17. Worst stadium, yes. Worst neighborhood is probably Baltimore. I went to Camden a couple summers ago, and my god it's a disaster there. Guys selling rock right outside of an incredible stadium. It was wild
  18. Yeah, I think I'd be surprised if Kubitza becomes anything more than a AAAA player at some point. He just doesn't do enough things well
  19. Laroche is a crybaby that is trying to take some kind of moral high ground with this move instead of sucking it up and adapting to team rules
  20. I cannot wait until this clown and Hamilton are off the payroll
  21. Sanders a disaster waiting to happen. The only people his plan helps is lazy folks that are addicted to drugs who don't want to go to school or work. Those are the people that will be taken care of...at all the hard working people's expense. Wonderful. The funniest part about his campaign is how he always shouts about what has happened to the middle class over the last 40 years...yet he wants to make college "free for everyone" at the expense of middle class people who have pursued careers and worked hard to get to their position. 1+1=4 in that equation. He'd be more of a disaster than Hillary, which is really saying something
  22. They have a serious lack of top end talent. If Richards doesn't go back to being an ace, it's going to be a miserable season. Are there any elite free agent SPs next offseason?? We have 40 million coming off the books with CJ and Weaver being gone. I'd put 20 million of that towards a left fielder and the other 20 towards a starter
