    Yes, actually.  As I've said numerous times, it's entirely possible that they have information about women from several locations/jurisdictions and that no individual incident reaches a threshold for a local prosecutor to want to formally press charges.  But maybe the totality of the information they have is enough to scare off teams from signing him.  Why is that so hard to believe?

    Yeah, and that information may not me reliable.  See the very recent example from AZ
