As far as I've been able to tell there is no broadcast signal of the games north of the Grapevine. They used to have the games on 620 AM in Hanford (bout halfway between Bakersfield and Fresno) but that's gone now. (Fresno doesn't even acknowledge the Angels. Sports news programs tell you how the Giants did, then the Dodgers, (then if there's time, the A's), then the local minor league Astros franchise, then high schools...)
