  1. I get blogged out quite a bit on my phone so I might make up for a large % of that.
  2. I like Aybar but if we could move him with Blanton and not have to send money I'm in. Gives us 35 mil to spend. 5/75 for Garza and 7/126 for Choo. Weaver Wilson Garza Niese Richards Move Santiago to the pen and have Skaggs start out in AAA LF Choo OF, DH, 1B Calhon C Trout 1B Pujols LF Hamilton 2B Howie 3B Freese C Conger SS Romine That puts us 2 mil shirt of the tax and with Wells off the books next year that gives us 20 mil for trout.
  3. I might even do Aybar and Blanton straight up for Niese if meant we didn't have to eat any of his contract. They need pitchers and Blantons contract seems reasonable with what pitchers are signing for.
  4. I like Niese. He has had a couple solid years in a row and his contract is really reasonable. I don't know much about Montero
  5. If Richards struggles in ST (I think he earned his right to start last year) than maybe he goes to the pen and we roll out Santiago and Skaggs as our #4 and 5.
  6. This is a really tuff one but a good problem to have. If Skaggs has a kick ass spring then he gets the nod for the 5th spot and Santiago to the Pen. If not than Skagss to AAA and insert Santiago in at 4.
  7. Based off Raul's recent contracts he will be at least half the cost of Trumbo as well
  8. I like Aybar hitting 9th. I don't want Conger preventing Trout from running 2nd, 3rd, 4th time through the lineup
  9. I like it but the length of the contract and dollars makes me nervous.
  10. Heard the Rangers will submit the max posting fee
  11. What about signing Garza and trading Aybar for Niese? Weaver Wilson Garza Niese Richards Santiago moved to the pen and keeps Skaggs in AAA for depth. If we make a run then we don't need to worry about inning limits and we can work Skaggs, Santiago and Richards into a full time rule, thoughts?
  12. @JonHeymanCBS: corey hart is headed for #mariners, according to sources. 1 year deal. will likely bat behind cano.
  13. Prefer the M's over Tejas if signs in the AL west
  14. Owner wants to fly back and meet with Tanaka before he makes his decision. Probably won't hear anything for a couple days.
  15. Garza has the same competive fire that Weaver has on the field. Id welcome that to the Angels. Throws hard and won't be afraid to protect the Angels hitters.
  16. What's the scouting report? Looking at his numbers I'm not blown away. Seems like Green can put up similar numbers.
  17. It would be great to throw in a prospect to get DiDi as well so we can flip Aybar.
