I know I could not do it, and I think Aybar is good, but it's not hard to predict that Pujols will get a low and away pitch in a key situation, which he could drop down. Please tell me outright I shouldn't expect a MLB player to be complete.

My point was he could do this if his ego wasn't in the way, and it's not just him. Players are getting paid to win games. While Monkey had some good points, I' m sorry, if the shift is on it's not that tough to push a bunt past the pitcher if the player can control the bat. Guess I expect that for $25M a year. Guess I'm way outside the box, talking about egos and having outrageous expectations.

He's acting out already, should be quite a performance next year. If it was my choice, I'd trade him, or extend him, but I'm basically afraid of anything that isn't in a bikini and a few decades younger than me.

Should Albert be practicing in the bunting cage? When it comes down to winning a game when (hopefully) the season, the playoffs, are on the line, would Pujols lay down a bunt?

As I was watching Monday Night baseball, and the Goatee was was pitching, I was thinking Shoe has at least as good stuff as Garza. And better numbers. Who knows if it will last, but I'd think by now opponents have decent scouting reports and Shoemaker continues to get the job done. What would Garza have cost if he wasn't on vacation? $15M/year?
