Angels easily the most underachieving team based on payroll.

That just about covers them all.

I meant those 3 attributes applied against any Angels team in club history, not across baseball for this year.

But even then, I'd still put my money behind 2 of those 3 for the Angels across any team in baseball this year as well.

Edit:  Never noticed they got 10 times what they were asking for as now they have a lot of private funding too.  Pretty cool to see ideas like this every day get going with crowdfunding - something impossible 10 years ago.
