  1. I like how at least eight other people reached for the ball, but only he gets blamed for it.
  2. Just when is it supposed to go back down?!

  4. Wouldn't surprise me if that happened, I just don't get why anyone would bat Ianetta in the bottom 3rd of the order. Maybe 7th. MAYBE.
  5. The Angels have way too many road block players. Not many steals are expected from them. With that in mind, you might as well do: Ianetta Trout Calhoun Pujols Freese Aybar Cron Joyce Rutledge
  6. If he was lying..he'd say lower than that!
  7. Eric Chavez does have a new contract with the A's(to broadcast 20 games this year). Hudson is retiring after the year. I really liked Koch until he blew game 5 against the Twins. Another one of those guys that threw his fastball 130% of the time.
  8. Tips for lower scores (I'm probably a 6-8 handicap and I hardly play because it's 40 freaking bucks a round). Basic Stuff: 1.) Keep your head STILL and DOWN. You move your head too much, you're going to screw up. Guaranteed. 2.) Choke UP on the club. Don't worry about distance. Screw distance. It's all accuracy! I'm 5'6 and can out drive 95-98% of the people on a random muni because most of them are hacks who shouldn't be out there in the first place. Anyways, if you can separate yourself from Roy McAvoy (great movie, btw) or Phil Mickelson or Tiger when he was good...just basically try to be like Don Johnson's character. or if that doesn't work for you...like Cheech. 3.) Follow THROUGH. When you're at the range..put a ball a foot closer to your lead foot and set up where you normally would. Try that a few times and it really helps 4.) It's just GOLF. So many of these people stand over the ball for 20...30...40..45-50 seconds psyching themselves out like they're at the U.S. Open. Just hit the damn ball already and if/when you screw up..refer to steps 1-3 Stop going through your mental checklist...just do BASICS and you'll be a lot better off!

  10. I know, but there's really nothing else baseball related to talk about.
  11. He had a nine era on the road. Again, a NINE era on the road in the NATIONAL LEAGUE.
  12. I think I've played Wow for maybe a total time of 3 minutes. Starcraft and Diablo are solid, though.
  13. He's basically been coaching for 4-5 years.
  14. Might as well just keep Ianetta. Jaso is a limited as hell...he's more of a dh anyways. Avila is alright, but injury prone. Wieters would cost 13-15 mill a season. If it was just to be a back up catcher.... Mathis isn't the worst idea.
  15. Well, it's just one guy and I'm sure without reading that he said the Angels play in the toughest division..so, there's that.
  16. Yeah, the team that stands out the most are the White Sox (over).
  17. Most people don't know the M's player by player (I'm kind of in between with watching random games and fantasy baseball, etc)..but I'm betting some people do I agree though, I the Angels should win 86-90. the Rangers could surprise people..but probably in the high 70's-low 80's. the Astros are a couple years away. the A's could be awful, but have a shot at the division. The M's...it really just depends on how their offense holds up. Weeks was a nice addition.
  18. I think you owe me some money for one bet we had of the A's coming in last one year (in 2011 I think). Maybe 10-20 bucks, I forget. Anyways, that's my donation!
