    I have no recollection of Team USA hero Jonathan Lucroy on the Angels and that was only 4 years ago.

    Problem is we don't know the criteria of whatever list this is. Best players heading in to 2024? Where's Acuna? Best players past 5 years? Where's Judge and Ohtani? Buster Posey has accumulated a grand total of 7 WAR the past 6 seasons and is ranked 4th on the list. Best player as a whole since 2009 is Trout hands down and it's not even close.

    Saw this come across my Twitter, don’t know if it’s true or not but if it is, the deferred payments only help the dodgers for 2 years as far as cash flow goes. They’ll have to start spending the $46M in 2026
