I don't know if there is anything that's dumber than people believing their "presence" is determined by horoscope signs. Any time I see a person post their horoscopes on Facebook, or any other social media source, I immediately know that he/she is: 1) an emotional nutcase 2) not the sharpest tool in the shed 3) most likely promiscuous and 4) an easy target on a Saturday night.

Worked as a personal banker from 2012-2013. Everything the Wells and that twat Eshet say that didn't happen is a bold faced lie. I worked in sales for three years after and never felt more sales pressure than when I was there. All for 35k in salary and a max of about 10-15k in commissions. The shady bankers would call some of the stuff that's being released in these stories as the "gray area"; where the white is legal and black area is totally illegal (I know that sounds racist... Don't shoot the messenger). In order to be successful, bankers had to live in the gray area. I only hit commission once in my time at Wells because I didn't believe in the practices they were preaching. "Open vacation accounts" or "your customer has a credit card offer, call him/her day or night and make sure you close. If he/she says no, then call in two weeks and ask again." I'm part of the class action lawsuit for Personal Bankers against Wells that was filed a while back. For those who haven't heard about that, the suit claims that Wells forced bankers to stay after hours on Saturdays (branches close at 4) to make sales calls without pay for those hours. So if our schedule included working on Saturday, we would only be allowed to post a 38 hour work week on out time card. All of which is absolutely true and absolutely bull shit.

Toronto wouldn't do that. Especially with the gremlin that is Lou Lamoriello in the fold. I'm hoping for a Fowler, Tatar swap with a plus coming from the Wings.

As far as coaches I'm hoping they bring in new blood, e.g. a Travis Green or Dale Hunter type. Green is known as a good systems coach, while Hunter had been considered for the Leafs job before Babcock was hired.

The real hitch with the expansion draft is what teams have to do with no movement clauses (NMCs). There are rumors that players with NMCs are exempt, while others have stated that NMC players will have to be protected as well. The Ducks will be in trouble if those players aren't exempt; particularly with that awful, AWFUL deal that kicks in for Bieksa next year. Even a buyout for casual Kev sucks for a budget team like the Ducks. We will see, but Stieksa and even Despres to a lesser extent are worrisome obligations in the future.

I can't take the writer seriously when he calls the Ducks a budget team (which is absolutely true), but then writes about how much cap room they have after the new extensions. Also, a 1st and a 3rd for Vats is awful. He's nearly a 50 point RHD, still young, and is a better puck mover than all of the other Ducks defensemen. Any player picked outside of the top 10 has a significant chance to be worse than Sami, in fact most will have no where close to as much impact. It would be silly for the Ducks to trade Vatanen for that return.

I think that price drop came about because of what they did for pricing for terrace center. We had seats in section 415 row P last year. The price for those seats went up around 43% (they grouped the goal line sections with center terrace and moved the upper section pricing up two rows), so we moved to center ice this year and re-upped for next. The price drop is probably indicative of a few lost holders from that price jump.
