schildog and nate, you're reading too much into that.  I was talking about her testimony at the civil trial, where she originally demanded $75 million.  She was the victim of a crime and by no means was I trying to marginalize that.  The criminal and civil trials are different animals.

 

About the civil trial, she tearfully described how this has ruined her life in various ways.  At that point, she had already -- willingly -- made herself into a sex object of sorts by posing 85% naked in the swimsuit edition of various magazines. She also went to public beaches similarly dressed knowing assclowns from TMZ would be there to photograph her.  All of this was her choice.  Now that some creep perv has footage showing her 100% naked, suddenly this is traumatizing beyond comprehension and she should be paid tens of millions of dollars for it. 

 

If that makes me a dick for thinking so, we will have to agree to disagree.  Again, this applies to the civil trial and her reported testimony there, not the crime she was a victim of.

Apparently quite a bit according to many people.  What they don't realize is trying to redistribute wealth makes even more wealth inequality.  

I have seen numerous people ask this question, including myself, but have never seen an answer.

I thought the Ducks played well last night, sure Caps carried play at times but so did the Ducks.  Both goaltenders were outstanding.  It's impossible for the Ducks to look great against the Caps and vice versa because they are both great teams.  I was sitting next to a few Caps fans at the game who were frustrated with their teams play.
