  1. Why is Smith unavailable unless we are winning? I do not understand the logic. A close game is a close game right? Once it became a laugher, where was Gott?
  2. Alex Curry is guaranteed to never ask Mike Scioscia any difficult questions regarding his on the field decisions. She will look extremely hot not doing so however.
  3. I love Scioscia. I was just bxffcftch slapped. The stupidest post in 11 years is something that is quite difficult to pull off.
  4. Guillen had a physical altercation with Scioscia in the clubhouse and was released by the GM, Stoneman. BY THE DIRECTION OF MIKE. Weaver was sent down because Colon had been recalled from his DL stint and it required releasing Weaver's brother in order to make a roster spot for Jared. That is the GM's responsibility. Jeff was pitching lights out of course. Mike would have had a huge say as to whether Jered was sent down or not. Who knows on this one. I might be really off base on this one. Willits replaced Garret Anderson after the second inning when Anderson's pink eye blinded him and he could no longer play. The Angels lost 9-1 so that move didn't affect the outcome one bit. Who was available off the bench? The Squeeze play was Aybars fault for pulling the bat back and leaving Willits out to dry. Complicating it is the umpires blowing the call when Youkilis dropped the ball after the tag. Aybar failed at something he had NEVER attempted in the major leagues. He was also a switch hitter, so why was he batting from the left side? The 2009 game 1 of the ALCS Lackey had lost control of his fastball, curveball and mind at that point. The Angels lost 4-1. Game 5 he had given up 3 runs and had just given up a double and back to back walks at 104 pitches when Scioscia pulled him. I was against the move. Again, I may be off base on this, but I would have left my horse in. Napoli was an ass and Trout wasn't ready in the start of 2012 because he had missed all of Spring Training due to illness. Napoli was an ass...........ok...so when is that grounds to lose games putting in one of the worst hitters of the last decade in the line up over him? How about sitting him after great offensive games? Mike on Trout in April of 2012: “It’s not as simple as Mike Trout coming up and being the answer. He’s not the finished product. He’s still learning stuff every day. Where he is right now is where he needs to be.” Illness means he is not the finished product? Dipoto forced his hand and had to remove Wells.
  5. Removing our 2nd best hitter from the 04 ALDS (Guillen), his role in Jered being sent down to AAA in 2006 after going 9-0 (we lost the division by only a handful of games), batting Reggie Willits 4th in the 2007 ALDS, The ALDS 2008 squeeze play, Pulling Lackey in the 2009 ALCS (we won that game by miracle), his hatred for Naps, his comments about Trout not being ready in 2012, etc, etc, etc, etc. I still root for the guy, but I am certain there will be a defining moment ala Pete Carroll in the playoffs. This straw will finally break the camels back. Or it will result in another 10 year extension.
  6. Dipoto doctored the baseballs handed to Street the two games leading up to his deal. It saved the organization millions.
  7. McAnulty vs Colon. Did it ever happen? Honey Greek Yogurt with Cinnamon Toast Crunch to anyone who can prove this Sumo bout took place.
  8. Jean Segura-SOLID http://www.baseball-reference.com/players/s/segurje01.shtml Jordan Walden-SOLID http://www.baseball-reference.com/players/w/waldejo01.shtml Kevin Jepsen-Sketchy http://www.baseball-reference.com/players/j/jepseke01.shtml
  9. I like honey Greek yogurt topped with cinnamon toast crunch.
  10. Colin actually looks like Kurt Russell playing Elvis
  11. I think you are joking, but regardless the owners and MLB all side with Arte. If anything, this saga is the beginning of the next potential baseball strike.
  12. Hamilton was the 2nd gunman in his previous life, which is why he gravitates towards Dallas.
  13. http://rangersblog.dallasnews.com/2015/04/josh-hamilton-will-respond-to-scioscia-in-his-own-way.html/ Idle Threats or Napoli Part 2?
  14. The movie is still in the works. Hamilton came to the Angels without orchestration. It wound up not being the match or dream scenario Hamilton wanted. He struggles in his first year. He wants out. He starts failing on the baseball field on purpose. Casey Affleck wants a heroic ending to his movie. He also needs an evil character. This becomes Arte Moreno and the Angels. Josh Hamilton only had himself and the drugs to blame before. Now the plot thickens. His wife goes on a reality show to pump up the drama. Let's see what becomes of this. I am sure there will be seedy details to be found. Josh fabricates the relapse knowing his marriage is on the rocks, and that he can force the Angels to move him where he wants to be. He wants out of the marriage, and he wants to return to former place of Glory. Casey get's his Josh Against Big Brother i.e the evil Angels. Josh and Casey knew Arte was a hothead, and would voice displeasure openly. Hamilton goes back to his team and bats .300 with 30 bombs in 2015. The perfect ending to the story. I am probably crazy, but this all feels like a set up. The reality show, the relapse without proof, and the way Hamilton seemed to swing on purpose as if he wanted off the team.
  15. I have been looking for an Auburn Hills Pistons or Arlington Rangers jersey for years. I should ask some pissed off residents of those two towns if they have any. I can't wait for residents of Cumberland to scream We Are Not Atlanta at Braves games.
