    Conger has an inaccurate arm, and an uppercut swing that makes Adam Kennedy's look level in comparison. Conger in my opinion just doesn't have it. Neither did Mathis, but that doesn't mean the mistake should be repeated.

    I snuck in a 15 pound Turkey hidden inside an Angels Gary Mathews Backpack. The gravy leaked, or I would have totally gotten away with it.

    I was watching the 50 years show prior to the game, and they were talking about Dean's strange delivery. I was curious to see video of it. I found a Youtube clip of him at the 67 All Star Game (He's a Twin, but it's at the Big A). His delivery was awesome!

    I have seen the A's blow the Angels out more than any other team the last 5 years, both in Spring Training and especially at the Big A. I am not comfortable with the A's becoming our Daddy's.

    Mathis was always gracious at numerous Spring Trainings, and took the time to take pics with our daughter for a number of years. He was someone you rooted for, until you realized his playing time was a personal scam by Mike.

    He won't be able to break the record for ultimate major league lifetime futility in 2013. He would surpass the guy from Mr Belvedere.
