Unless the Angels are blowing out the other team, there’s absolutely no reason to take out an MVP-caliber hitter. Sure, there is a risk of injury. But, With Trout gone and Pujols, errr l, I mean Rendon having a disappointing season, this offense is average at best without Ohtani.
