Phil Nevin has been around most of these young players for over year and half now. I think he knows them pretty well and I hope he gets to stick around to further their development.

I like this young team. Growing pains will continue in 2024 but let these young players grow together. I hope Nevin is back changing managers at this point makes no sense. Phil knows these young players and will help them get better.

Fletcher is not the worse depth to have. He also got 27 million in a contract and is set for life. He can cash those checks in SLC or Anaheim so why would he be upset with demotion.

Been a long season with injuries for Zach. Thes are dog days for many Neto will be fine. Many growing pains for many young halo players and this will continue into 2024. This is process with a youth movement they are learning at highest level.
